This 5-week progressive series of classes is a perfect place to start for those who are wanting to incorporate Pilates into their fitness routine to balance strength and mobility. Participants will learn to be aware of breathing patterns and spinal alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core. Various props, such as flex bands, light weights, and small stability balls may be used to enhance and intensify the workout. Space is limited to 6 participants to ensure individualized attention.
