Designed to balance your strength and flexibility, our classes combine pilates, restorative movement training and corrective exercise to bring your body to a state where it can function optimally. Small class sizes allow for individual attention and modification of exercises to accommodate any mobility challenges as needed.

Our Mat classes are based on the Basic Principles of STOTT PILATES®. Focusing on alignment and technique in each exercise will enhance core strength and stability for participants and improve mind-body connections. Each class will be unique based on the prop(s) chosen. Modifications will be given to make an exercise more or less challenging based the client's ability level.
